What we can and cannot do for you

HelloSpace.Me does everything possible to make it easy for you to get started. However, to keep costs minimal for you, we do not have a large support team to help you. We can only help you if there is an error or problem on our part. We will focus on the task of keeping the servers running, secure, up-to-date, and other other commitment: community education.

If there is a problem with web software you've installed on your website, you should contact the help and support teams for that software. This means, if you have problems with WordPress, Chamilo, Claroline, Mahara, Moodle, etc, please contact those groups. They have specialists and a depth of knowledge on fixing issues with their own software. If you are really stuck, and are still having troubles, contact us, and we can give you a list of options to help you. However, we cannot accept responsibility if there are additional problems.
